The Challenge
Cove Studios, a modern tattoo collective, required a visual identity that mirrored the precision and intentionality of their craft. The brief was to create a clean, modern symbol that felt both architectural and organic—balancing the concept of a “cove” (a sanctuary) with a “room” (a creative space).







The Design Concept
Minimalist brand identity & visual system. I focused on strict geometric structures to build a multipurpose mark. The final symbol is a minimalist fusion of three distinct elements:

The Letter ‘C’: Representing the brand name with bold, circular geometry.

The Room: An internal negative space symbolizing a curated environment for art.

The Cove: A protective, grounded silhouette that evokes a sense of sanctuary.
The Visual Strategy
As a Brand Identity Designer with over a decade of experience, I know that a logo is only as strong as the system supporting it. This project went beyond the mark to include:
